Pré-requis

Être titulaire d’un Master 2 en droit ou équivalent.
La formation est délivrée en anglais : la maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel est fortement recommandée.
Vous pouvez si vous le souhaitez suivre les sessions « Drafting Contracts In English : Parts 1 & 2 & 3 » au préalable.
Cette formation porte sur le Common Law ; le contrat utilisé comme base de formation est sous la loi de New York.
Cette formation est ouverte aux adhérents AFJE et aux non adhérents.

 

Durée de la formation et modalités d’organisation

Les 4 heures de formation sont délivrées en 2 fois 2 heures de formation à distance : 

-Mercredi 7 octobre 2020 9h00-11h00 (2h) - Accueil dès 8h45

-Jeudi 8 octobre 2020 16h00-18h00 (2h) - Accueil dès 15h45

Soit un total de 4 heures.


Effectif prévu : de 8 à 24 stagiaires.

 

Lieu de la formation

La formation est assurée par visioconférence. 

Veuillez prévoir de vous munir d'un PC ou tablette avec webcam et casque pour suivre la visioconférence ainsi que d'une connexion internet (wifi ou 4G ou filaire haut débit).

Conditions de participation

Toute demande d’annulation doit être notifiée par écrit à l’AFJE dix jours ouvrés au moins avant la date de la session. Toute inscription réalisée moins de dix jours ouvrés avant la date de la session est définitive et sera facturée au Client.

Exercise 7:

Half the Class: Using the Model Supply Contract, draft carve-outs (buy-side) from seller’s exclusion of consequential damages and limitations of liability

Half the Class: Using the Model Supply Contract, draft acceptable carve-outs (sell-side) from your exclusion of consequential damages and limitations of liability

A NY law governed supply contract (American supplier / French customer) will be used throughout the course as a basis for the exercises.
